  1. Docuclip App, Docuclip website and its retail interface is exclusively owned by M/s Docuclip Private Limited (Docuclip)
  2. Retail partners are provide access to Docuclip-retail interface just to send documents to Docuclip app users and to generate QR code for various documents to enable Docuclip app users to scan those documents in their App.
  3. Access to Docuclip interface is chargeable at the rates agreed with retail partners.
  4. Non-payment of charges dues for use of Docuclip-retail interface, may lead to denial of this service to retail partners.
  5. Docuclip provide its services to retail partners for only legitimate purposes. In case any entity found using its services for any illegal purpose, Docuclip many stop such entities from using its platform and may taken any appropriate legal action.
  6. Any dispute arising out of use of Docuclip App, website and retail interface will be subject to jurisdiction of Pune.
