1. Docuclip private Limited (Company) owns the Docuclip App (App). This App provides facility for storing documents in digital form received by individuals in their daily life , in smartphone in an organized manner. Either by :

1. Pulling them from digital platform like email, WhatsApp&file foldersor
2. Receiving the document directly from partner entities

These partner entities may be retailers, exhibitors, restaurants, path labs, doctors and other commercial entities.

2. Company reserves right to prohibit use of App to any individual or entity or, in any geography or country, without assigning any reason.

3. As part of its service to users, App stores the documents of users in its server. However, Company does not access any of the document so saved / stored.

4. The user information viz. name, phone, email and address uploaded may be analysed by the Company for improving its services.

5. Company does not take any responsibility for error in transmitting or non-transmitting any documents from its partners to App users. Although we take utmost care in maintaining our services.

6. Company on its discretion may charge for App uses with 30 days’ notice.

7. Company may disable its service to any individual or partners, if services offered are used for un-intended or un-lawful purposes, and reserves right to take necessary legal action.
